Because hybrid hemp wrap blunt cones are more durable and less prone to cracking, they are much more friendly to a manufacturing/production setting. Additionally, they are easier to seal and have a longer shelf life than traditional hemp wrap blunt cones!

Compliance and safety testing always come first at Custom Cones USA! All our pre-rolled blunt materials are carefully tested for heavy metals, from the rolling paper used in the blunt, to the filter paper in the tips. Our pre-rolled cone factories are held to the strictest quality standards and each pre-rolled cone paper type has been tested to the most rigorous standards in Canada and in the US.
Pesticides
Here at Custom Cones USA, we uphold our pre-rolled cones to rigorous Canadian standards, which test for 96 pesticides. These include all the pesticides tested under California’s Phase 3 compliance standards, which are the strictest in the nation, in order to ensure our cones are fully compliant. We can provide the Certificate of Analysis for all our pre-rolled products upon request and can conduct additional testing if needed, or specific batch testing, by request and for an additional fee.
Batch Testing
All our pre-rolled blunts come with batch labels, which help identify the exact factory and production line, as well as the date those cones were produced. This level of traceability allows our pre-rolled cones to pass the strictest regulations and avoid compliance concerns. We also offer batch testing services on our pre-rolled blunt orders for additional fees, if you are working in the strictest international markets.

Premium Filter Options
We have a filter for every occasion! Choose from a classic w filter or a spiral filter if you'd like to stick with classic paper filter options. We also have cornhusk filters available for a classic cigar feel, or you can upgrade to a wood tip or a glass tip for a luxury feel!

Our standard 109mm cone is perfect for 1-gram sizes. We also offer 84mm cones, which are great for half-grams, and 98mm cones that fit three quarters of a gram. As for the tubes, the Rollie blunts will hold a half-gram, the 9mm wide tubes will hold one gram of flower, and the 11mm wide tubes will hold two grams of flower.
Our blunt wraps are responsibly sourced and made from the highest quality materials. The hemp wraps are made of all-natural hemp; the hybrid hemp is made from a mixture of hemp and paper; the tendu leaf blunts are made from a tendu leaf'; the Cordia palm leaf blunts are made from palm leaves; and the botanical blunts are made from a blend of all-natural materials.
