Shipping Policies

Thank you for your interest in Custom Cones USA! We offer a variety of products for your pre-roll needs and we want to make sure you receive your order(s) in the most efficient and cost-effective way.

Mostly, we ship our Domestic and International orders through various Fed-Ex Services. We also ship via DHL Express and USPS when it is cost-effective to do so.

Once your order ships, you will automatically be sent a tracking number to conveniently track your package. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don’t receive tracking within a few days of placing your order. Remember: You will only receive tracking once your order ships.

United States and Canada Orders: Orders shipping within the USA and Canada will ship via Fed-Ex. Please keep in mind that Fed-Ex cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Orders: Orders shipping outside of the United States and Canada, will ship via DHL Express.

Shipping Timelines

Products that do not have a listed lead time will ship from our warehouse in Kent, WA. Depending on where you are located from our warehouse, ground shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days. For products that have a lead time, the shipping timeline will start once the order ships.

Expedited Shipping

We offer a variety of expedited services, such as Fed-Ex Overnight Priority, Fed-Ex Overnight Standard, and Fed-Ex 2-day. The cut-off time for rush orders is 1pm PST. If you place your order after 1pm PST, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day. For products that have a posted lead time, the expedited shipping will occur once the order ships.

Freight Shipments

Depending on the quantity of your order or the item(s), we may have to ship your order via a freight company. If at checkout and the only option is to ship via freight, please give us a call at 1-833-582-6637.


We ship our samples via USPS First Class Mail, unless requested to ship via another service.
