This pre-roll machine comes with all the attachments, so it can pack half-gram 84mm pre rolled cones, 3/4 gram 98mm pre rolled cones, and 1 gram 109mm king sized pre-rolled cones! All you have to do is set up the proper cone filling trays, load the cones and start filling the top tray with your ground flower. There is an adjustable knob, which will control how hard and fast the pre-roll cone filling machine is packing. Once filled, just tamp to your desired pack and twist or fold the pre-roll closed! With a capacity of 169 cones, you'll be producing pre-rolls at scale in no time.

This cone filling machine will work with the half gram 84mm pre rolled cone, the 3/4 gram 98mm pre rolled cone, and the full gram 109mm pre rolled cone. If you want to pack 98mm slim or reefer sized cones or mini cones, also known as dog walker pre-rolled cones, you will need to purchase additional cone filling trays. Plus, all original accessories will fit the King Kone 2.0.

The King Kone machine is incredibly versatile and comes with a tray to fill 84mm cones (0.5 grams), 98mm pre-rolled cones (0.75 grams), and 109mm full-gram cones. You will need to purchase additional trays to fill 98mm “reefer” pre-rolled cones, 70mm mini cones or “dogwalkers,” and a conversion kit as well as trays to fill pre-rolled tubes.

You can anticipate the King Kone to output 1,200 to 2,200 pre-rolls per hour, depending on whether or not the operator(s) choose to take full advantage of the assembly line-like nature such a pre-roll machine paired with additional trays provides. The more pre-rolled cones that are loaded into the machine, the more output you can reasonably expect– meaning having a set process, as well as sufficient labor, are both of critical importance in order to get the most out of your pre-roll machine. We recommend purchasing additional trays to get the most out of your pre-roll machine, so you can keep production consistent by having another tray ready to go as soon as you take a completed set out of the machine that is ready to be tamped, twisted, and sent off for packaging and distribution.

Unlike the original King Kone Cone-Filling Machine, the new King Kone 2.0 features a new stepper motor, replacing the brushless motor on the first machine, providing more torque as part of its vertical bounce system. The new motor also means more control over the vibration of the machine with vibration starting immediately. For best filling though, we recommend following the King Kone instruction manual, which advises starting the machine on a lower setting about 18 or 19 and increasing if necessary.
