Limited Electrical Warranty

1 year from the date of receipt. If you're seeking support directly from King Kone, registration of the unit in question is required within 1 month of your receipt date.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects or issues with materials and workmanship under normal use. See General Warranty Disclosures for additional information. Specific product limitations are listed below:

• Non-mechanical damage, such as breakage to grates, troughs, or plastic components, is not covered, as this warranty applies to electrical components only
• Due to the limited availability of parts for V1 machines, we can't guarantee a full repair to working conditions, but our support team will do everything possible to resolve any issues that fall under coverage

This warranty is provided through the manufacturer. CCUSA will advocate on your behalf to help facilitate coverage, but all final determinations are made at the manufacturer's discretion. At its option, the manufacturer will repair or replace the part or unit, with CCUSA assisting throughout the process. Replacement parts carry the remainder of the original warranty term rather than a new term of their own. CCUSA does not provide loaner units for the duration of a repair, but will provide complimentary expedited shipping to and from the manufacturer if a repair is deemed necessary.

We encourage you to register your unit's warranty as soon as it's received. If your warranty isn't registered, we'll refer to the purchase or receipt date on file instead. Please note that King Kone requires registration within 1 month of your receipt date if you plan to seek support directly from them. Support and troubleshooting are available within 3 months of receipt date.

The Closer, and its trays, are designed and tested for use with CCUSA brand cones. Damage or performance issues caused by incompatible third-party cones void troubleshooting support.

This product does not carry a formal warranty. However, CCUSA will facilitate support, troubleshooting, and repairs through the manufacturer for issues reported within 3 months of receipt. Resolutions are handled at the manufacturer's discretion, and CCUSA acts as your point of contact throughout the process. Any defects, damage, or issues with materials or workmanship should be reported to our Support or Quality Control department immediately so the issue can be investigated and addressed with the manufacturer.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Limited Warranty

• Consumable or wear items, such as glue, wipers, seals, and similar components
• Damage caused by improper storage, transportation after delivery, or use outside the equipment's intended purpose

If a manufacturing defect is identified during the warranty period, the manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component at no charge. Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damage, including production downtime or lost profits. CCUSA will advocate on your behalf to help facilitate coverage, but all final determinations are made at the manufacturer's discretion.

1-Year Limited Warranty applies to the following machines:

• M1 Single Core Cannagar Packing Machine
• Manual Extractor
• Pneumatic Extractor
• Weight Dispenser

2-Year Limited Warranty applies to the following machines:

• M3 Triple Core Cannagar Packing Machine
• Hexa-Core Cannagar Packing Machine
• Cannagar/Blunt Roller

• Consumable parts such as tamping dies, core plugs, and skewers, which are customer-replaced items expected to wear during regular use

The warranty may also be voided if repairs are attempted by anyone other than FlackTek or authorized personnel. Specific product limitations are listed below:

The following consumable and wearable parts are not covered under warranty:

• Roller bearings
• Seal rings
• Drive belt of the rotation arm
• Basket, lid, and rotation arm

Limited Warranty (No Returns or Refunds)

All sales on pre-owned machines are final. However, within 30 days of receipt, we will repair or replace the unit if it's found to have manufacturing defects or issues with materials and workmanship under normal use.

No Formal Warranty; Courtesy Replacement Policy

Not applicable.

We ask that customers attempt basic troubleshooting and maintenance steps prior to a replacement being issued. Proof of purchase is preferred. Outside of this, there are no additional limitations on the courtesy replacement.

As a courtesy, CCUSA/DaySavers will provide a one-time replacement of the part or unit per customer, as needed and at its own discretion.
