Hemp wrap cones and tubes need a little bit of extra care and attention before filling them with your product. Unlike pre-rolled cones and tubes made with standard papers, the hemp wraps are made of all-natural hemp, which naturally dries out over time. Our Pre-Roll Experts at Custom Cones USA recommend allowing a few days after unpacking your hemp wrap items for them to re-hydrate by storing them with moisture packs, or placing them in a humidor for a few hours prior to filling.

Directions for re-hydrating hemp wraps with a humidor:

Set your humidor to about 61% humidity (final setting depends on your altitude and climate, so test a few percentage points on either side to see what works best for you). Place your hemp wraps inside your humidor for at least three hours prior to use (again, timing varies based on climate).

To check, simply pull your cones out of the humidor and give them a quick check to see how pliable they are. Fresh hemp wraps are more giving and can be folded easier than dry ones.

Simply place the entire contents of the container into zip lock bags or plastic tubs along with the supplied moisture pack for at least 48 hours before use.
