Often utilized for premium products, the 109mm size holds 2 grams of cannabis and features a straight gum line to ensure an even burn. We can apply spot UV finishing, full color printing, and customize the shape of the cigar band. We also carry a variety of designer cones with different color filter tips and themes already applied to the pre-roll that we keep in stock right here in Washington State.
Machine Capabilities
This tube has a diameter of 12mm and is compatible with any machine capable of filling tube shape pre-rolls. Our King Kone Filling Machine can pack these tubes at ease with the tube conversion kit. Make sure to purchase the 13mm insert for the conversion kit for these tubes. The silicone plug on the bottom of the filter helps to protect the ceramic from being damaged during production, while also adding a nice touch to the finished product. If you are using a rolling machine for cannagars, we suggest considering a cylinder shape glass or wood filter tip.
