Here at Custom Cones USA we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase! We offer a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee on all our stock pre-roll and packaging supplies and a 7-day Worry-Free Trial on all our pre-roll machines.* We also offer samples so that you can try our product/s prior to making a purchase.
Please check your order when received and notify us immediately of any issues. Keep all original packaging material until you are completely satisfied with the condition and performance of the item(s) purchased. Doing so will make it easier to return your item(s) if necessary.
Pre-Rolls and Packaging: 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee
Return any unopened stock or unbranded pre-roll or packaging product for any reason within 30 days for a refund or store credit, unless otherwise noted on the product page. If Custom Cones USA or our Manufacturer is at fault, we will arrange free return shipping. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Custom Cones USA strives to provide customers with efficient and high-quality pre-roll machines. We understand it can be a big commitment and that there are many factors at play. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your machine within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
*Excludes the following: All Pre-Owned Machines, Industrial Cannabis Grinder XXL, DaySavers Perfect Pack, Labeling Machines, Automated Pre-Roll Machines, Cigar Rollers
For credit to be issued and returns accepted, machines must be returned in ALL original protective packaging and in original condition - this means no scratches, dents, or product residue on the machine. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method or as store credit. We CANNOT issue credit or accept a return if the machine is not completely clean and free of product and product residue. If received with evidence of product or product residue, your return will be denied, and the product will be immediately destroyed.
After 7 days, all sales are final.

Please ensure you are returning your order in ALL original packaging, otherwise your return may be denied. If packaging is needed, please let us know so that we can supply the correct packaging to return your order. Additional fees will apply.
