Hall also discusses his experience with our customer service team, sharing that, although they once had a hiccup with the branding on a shipment, our team helped in every way we could to make sure their production didn’t stop or fall behind, and we were able to get them what they needed when they needed it.

Although they have been selling pre-rolls from day one, Hall says they looked quite a bit different then than they do now, and the evolution hasn’t stopped. Infused pre-roll sales in the US have increased by over 100% in the last five years, and show no signs of slowing down! Garden Remedies plans to expand their SKU offerings, with their eyes set on high-quality infused pre-rolls.
